    Congratulations Sami and Mr Sami!

    Scruffy, hope you're ok now!

MFD - aw, isn't he lovely!

MILs - I don't now if I'm lucky or not as I don't have one as OH's Mam died when DD was just a baby. OH's Dad is remarried but neither of them have any interest in their Grandchildren, only visit to drop off birthday cards and even then they try to time it so that they come while we're at work and can just put them through the letterbox.

My Dad and Step-mother are the same. My step-monster is a cow and isn't speaking to us...again! And she now isn't speaking to my sister either ater she had the nerve to get pregnant at the same time as my step-sister. Apparently only one person in the world is allowed to be pregnant at one time  Unfortunately, she's a petty, spiteful nasty person who hates nice things to happen to other people and revels in other people's misfortune. She didn't speak to me for over a year when I qualified as a teacher . Still, never mind, I dont go to their house any more and my older two (15 and 10) refuse to visit either now as apparently she spends the whole time slagging off me, my OH, my sister and my Mam and they don't like to hear it. I see my Dad every so often when he deigns to visit but he spends the whole time talking about himself and doesn't listen to anything we have to say.

    Families, who'd have 'em?

For those freezing breastmilk... Can you freeze whole bottles including the teats? I used milk bags when I had Aimee but don't have any of those at the moment so I've just bunged 4oz in the freezer in the bottle... I just don't want to wreck it...

With regards to giving gripe water, I used to pour about half a cap full and give it to Aimee straight from the cap... Saved fannying about with sterilizing spoons etc...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

We are having a messy day. DS seems to have forgotten how to drink from a bottle, so we are having a lot of dribbling and a lot of choking.

Two sleepless nights, and OH kicked me out of the bedroom at 8am, despite there being a spare bed he can sleep in that I can't, so I'm pretty tired and grumpy. Baby drank 1200ml yesterday, seems a bit much!

  • Just a quickie - Benjamin is shouting at me from his bouncy chair!!

Weezl - what a fab idea about the gripe water - typically my dad swiped all my empty infacol bottles when they were here the other day (god only knows what he wanted them for!). Still, I am sure I will have an empty one before long!!

Thank you for the compliments ladies - he is tall! His socks are mamas and papas (£2 for 7 pairs from the outlet shop in Stoke :money:) and he is most certainly a cutie!

No comments on the cushion though ;):D

Elle - good news on the donor milk! I wish I had enough to donate...
