Hi Bruno - nice to 'see' you :D

I have just done a pregnancy test :o

I am looking to introduce a book into Benjamin's night-time routine and with DH away tonight I thought I might start now. So I read 'Guess How Much I Love You' which I bought for DS a few weeks ago...

When I got to the last page (I won't spoil it for those of you who have yet to read it) I was in FLOODS of tears. I mean buckets of sobbing tears :o

My hormones have gone absolutely haywire!!
I am not a cryer normally, well I wasn't until I got pregnant!

Anyway, test was negative but I am hoping AF is on her way to explain away my teariness!

Feely - did you manage to get a test and did you take it yet?

It is a beautiful book BTW - if you don't have it BUY IT!!

OMG, that is my most favourite book ever and I bought it when I was pregnant the first time (with my angel baby).

We have it in small, medium and large sizes and even a wall poster and thank you cards! :rotfl:

And my heart near bursts now that Poppy can do the actions! :happyhear

If it helps mfd my friends little boy smiled at me this morning and I got a bit moist eyed (he's four months so you know not that exciting either but he's not a big smiler and so cute when he smiles). He cooed the other week and I actually shed a little tear, we were at boobie group too :o

I blame the lack of sleep and bfing hormones!

Btw I'm really glad I haven't read that book as I know I'd be howling at the thought of Poppy doing the actions too! (That girl is just so chuffing cute!)

You're a mum! I cry at alsorts now and I used to be the ice queen! My mum tells me about kids at school that she's proud of/worried about etc and I end up in tears - I don't even know the child and I cry because they've learnt to spell or something!
