Just to say hi, hello and goodnight... have had the grinch from hell again today - probably upset tummy/wind/colic... so have dosed child up on gripe water and infacol - milked myself dry 50 times as she's yaked it all up again WAAAAAAAAH!!! and now I'm going to bed cos I'm knackered... *sigh*

Hi all just wondering as things change all the time when can you take baby swimming Ben has only had his first set off jabs is it same rules as before wait till all 3 are done?

Saw my fav mummy friend from the unit too. I took her Rhys' dinky clothes (well, the plain ones anyway - kept a few special ones) for her little boy who's just getting up to the right weight for them. I left them a card earlier with our contact details in, feeling a bit hopeful that we might stay in touch, and she said she was really pleased I'd done that Think her little one will be in for a while yet, but we live on their way to the hospital so we said they can always call in for a cuppa before or after trips up to the hospital in the future which will be nice

Come to think of it, I haven't got many RL mummy friends.. I never got to go to any antenatal classes. None of my close friends have kids but I have got back in touch with some old school friends through Facebook who have kids and saw them when I was pregnant so will have to properly catch up with them now! Now that I'm a proper mummy on maternity leave with a baby at home.. oh, how scary! :eek:

I made mosty of my friend after Chris arrived I'm sure you'll be the same

most say its fine from 6 weeks but check with the pool or your HV if worried
