I was going to be Victoria right through my Mam's pregnancy. I ended up being born by emergency c-section (long story!) and when my Mam came round, she took one look at me and decided I didn't look like a Victoria, so I was called Rebecca after a character in a magazine story she'd been reading in the early stages of labour

Joshua named James after his fave engine in Thomas the Tank Engine :D

Aw - thats cute! Liv wanted to call the baby Troy or Gabriella  when she was in my tummy! We had to gently convince her something else would be better!

Apparently I was Rachel until mum had me, then found out a particulary nasty midwife who was treating her in the hospital was called Rachel. I soon got changed to Nicola.

Becles - your mention of grapes earlier made me actally LOL :D (I don't think I have them tho :undecided is it possible they did my stitches too tight? :o)

I had to go again before it was worse because I knew pain was coming  I started the shower first and jumpped straight into the bath for a bit of relief from the warm water - looks like I'll have to get my bits out at my 6 week check - at least it's the GP I like who has seen them before :p

I've recomended some friend for Fergie on FB but I know I missed some because I hadn't added everyone to my MSE list

Not to scare you or anything - my ex SIL front bum was sewn up too tight after her first - she had to go and have it re-cut and stitched. (I think i'd have left it as it was - some people pay good money for that procedure!) :rotfl:

Seeing as the tone has been lowered to lady bits - I know that whilst you are bleeding after the birth you have to wear pads, when you start getting periods back, can you go back to your normal method of sanitary protection, or do you have to use pads for a set time?

3 I was told to wear pads for my first proper period after baby, then if all is normal, you can go back to whatever you normally use.

As long as you are sure he's breathing, and has no health issues, leave a sleeping baby alone :D

Edgar goes 5 or 6 hours occasionally I wouldn't worry, wake him at your peril :p (although Ed is usually ok if I wake him when my boobs are full to bursting :))
