Has anyone seen my glasses? I've put them down somewhere and can't see to find them again... Just went to school in my sunglasses... In the rain... <sigh>
Caitlyn was sick all over her swing (and for a rare minute she was actually enjoying the swing!) and it went through to the living room carpet... Then I took her upstairs to nap and the cat coughed up a lump of grass and flegm under the crib, all over the brand new bedroom carpet...
I'm having a bit of an afternoon of it...

LOL pregnancy thread  hubby seems to think that there is a distinct possibility that I am pregnant. If I am (and I wasn't when I tested
) then I am having a remarkably easy time of it.
Hubby has booked us into the Teddy Bear Hotel which looks absolutely mad!! Not quite the sophisticated gastro pub boutique hotel that I was thinking of but we both love something a bit quirky and this place certainly looks to be that!! The hotel keys are attached to teddy bears...do you think I can persuade hubby to carry it if we go out into the town :rotfl:
I can guarantee that we will both be too drunk to make baby bears by the end of the night so it will depend on how eager hubby is to go out when we get there
Haven't got a clue what I am going to wear...other than my wonder-bra (if I can still squeeze em into it!!) It will make a change to wear a bra without clips and a top that isn't chosen for its easy access to boobageplease listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -

well his eyes were open do they open eyes when sleep walking? he does sleep talk a lot are they linked?
:rotfl:typical!
Sometimes James eyes are open and sometimes they are not. Most of the time they are open though, but he has a sort of vacant expression as if he's not really there. He talks in his sleep too and sometimes sings :rotfl:have you ever put a bit of cheese maybe some ham or tomato too in a torlilia and dry fry it so it melts?(they're called quesadilla) chris loves them even tho he's fussy about normal toasties

Charlotte loves them too, but I just stick them under the grill rather than dry frying them. She likes them with dried chilli flakes melted into the cheese. Here I go again on my own....0 -
Evening all..
Even more success with the bottle tonight.. 27ml this time!Gonna have this cracked soon..
... Elle, I still don't know what the future holds for my 12 year old. I'd say apply - Do it now before you've got Rhys home and you've got even less time to yourself! Knowing the system it'll probably take an age to process the application anyway!
I remember thinking 'he's my son, i don't need paying to look after him' when I was advised to apply. But I applied thinking 'every little helps!, especially if you're unable to go back to work for a while. (Anyhows - we got turned down, I earned too much - the earnings threshold was something silly like £90 a week).
Exactly! Besides, I'm on SMP so I thought that would mean I couldn't apply until after that ends but apparently I can. But then even that's £123.06 a week which is higher than that earnings limit and I'm on over £400 a week when I'm actually at work so that probably rules that out.. Hey ho, will have a read all about it and see what happens
I'm using next week to sort all our financial stuff out, including settingup a new bank account for Rhys related money and applying for child benefit and tax credits.
I've got up earlier and gone to the hospital by 8am today and yesterday and I feel better for it. Got to be at the hospital again for an 8am meeting with the speech therapist on Monday so I'm going to carry it on all week.. hopefully get more done that way!
Might actually straighten my hair for the first time since Rhys was born.. used to do it every day for work - the nurses won't recognise me!0 -
