Maz I think its a great idea... if your new CDC agrees. I dont see having a week off as anything bad... it will just like being on one of the higher plans anyways :j How many weeks have you been on CD now? I think a break is mucho neeed
Maria, I dont cheat so maybe what I do is different... but then I dont have children to feed. Although I do work in a coffee shop ~ mmmm cakes :rotfl: The thing is I dont see food as my possesion anymore. Before the food in the kitchen was part mine because I payed for it within my house keeping (I pay a reduced rate now) and food in work that we were allowed to try was classed as mine. Now I see food as others possesion so if I eat from downstairs I am effectively stealing ~ the same in work. This means its very hard for em to cheat. Also I take a nominal amount of money with me to work (enough for a few 20p cups of coffee) and I make sure its all in 5ps (as I wont pay for something in 5p's) :rotfl: Obviously I still have my debit card to hand but I dont seem to want anything. That way no matter what food is offered/seen I cant eat it :rotfl:
With regards to cravings I do the water trick as Maz has mentioned... Or I come one here and play online games or such. With time food wont become an issue. I havent really had any problems staying away from food ~ this is helped when in ketosis ~ so I dont have any answers for you. Although if you do fall off the wagon, I did for teh first time in 29days a few weeks ago dont dwel on it and dont think I am blown it I will carry on eating. Stop, rethink and get back on the wagon... There will be no stopping you then.0 -

mystic meg time for me here folks....
i can see PAP being a CDC in a year or two's time!!
Remember where you heard it first!
you just give good advice babes, and so well thought out and balanced!
:mwah:I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
I need your advice again folks. I'm out on a trip tomorrow, havent a clue what to do about lunch. Would a Tesco salad be really bad? I havent any cash to go get salad stuff, but DH could get me one on his way in from work tomorrow morning.
I agree Maz, I reckon Pap would make a crackin CDC :T
A week off wont do any harm, as long as you're careful. Dont do what I did and become a kid in a sweet shop with foodIs it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

Hi everyone! Haven't had time to read through all the posts but haven't checked in for a long time so here I am. Maz I would do what suits you best. Maybe a little break will do you good then back on it again with a vengeance.
Duncan - come on girl - get back on track, you know you can do it!
I have now finished Cambridge. Since leaving I have lost another pound and am being very careful this time around not to put it all on again. I am counting calories and upping the exercise and am going to see if I can get another half a stone off on my own, so hope I am still welcome here to keep me on track and to keep up to date with your successes too. ps where's the Fox??Slimming World: SD: 2.05.16 SW: 13st10lb

Not got any tetra cartons? Otherwise cook yourself a little bit of chicken and add some green salad and no dressing. Tesco salad will have mayo and oil and stuff.Slimming World: SD: 2.05.16 SW: 13st10lb

Awww bless you
You know what though I wouldnt mind it either... well thats if I can get my confidence up and I stick with the diet :j
Spud that seems ok but ask him to go for something without mayo/sauce or maybe one that has a little pot on the side. Also try and avoid cheese and coleslaw as they arnt all that good on anything but maintanace (the highest plan). Obviously you can have a high cal one if you wish but a plain one with leaves, carrots, sweetcorn and the like would be better0 -

Hello, how's everybody doing? I've hardly been on here and as a result have missed loads! So sorry everyone. I've been good but slipping up on the water and forgetting to make sure i have enough. My head's just not been in this the last couple of weeks. But i shall persevere nevertheless. CDC in on hols for 2 weeks now which has set me into panic cos i'm worried i'll slip up knowing i have aaaaages til my next WI. Having said that it would be nice to have a really massive loss when she gets back. We shall see. x xStill to go: 24lbs:think:0

You would make a fab CDC Pap. I'll be your first customer (mail order)
I dont like cheese, so no worries there. I'll have a look online at the Tesco salads and work out which one is the least badIs it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:
