Pap - no post today, well a recorded something which we missed so will get tomorrow.... was that yours?
i was good, i didn't have anything at the chip shop.... i got erin and mum their tea, sat with a cappucino with them eating in the car, then went to amusements for a while and had to go back into chippy to get BigG's tea to take home so stood in queue for temptation again!!
i deserve a medal!
but don't give me the clappy yet, cause the day is not done yet......I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

it's true this diet is easier if you never eat... then it's only mental, rather than physical hunger......
mind you i think it's all in my head...I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

Hey bounce that is fab... Thats just over 3.5lb a week for the amount of time you ahve been on CD... Amazing! Aww dont be down in teh dumps alone, just come on here and vent ~ thats what I do :rotfl: Hopefully once it all drops off you wont be so down.
I am fabby thanks for asking :j weigh in tommorow ~ first one in two weeks  Not stressing about it too much though because its at this point (onr regular diets) that I start slowing down due to pcos. However over the past two days I have noticed/felt two major changes... One my wrists are getting really small  they dont look like truncks anymore you can see a wrist ~ if that makes any sence :rotfl: Also I can feel my collar bone's, first time in about 2 years :T Cant see them but knowing they are there is great :rotfl:
So yeah random :j0
