    Thanks for the encouragement all.

I am taking on 4 litres but if I'm honest it's not been enough over last 3 days. WILL do 4 litres today (2 down already) and tomorrow and hope that makes a difference.

I have had 3 sachets today and feel good for sticking with it.

Hope my CDC doesn't kill me. I feel so annoyed I've spent £42 for nothing so far...not very MSE.

    Keep positive!!!!

    Shoes

    xx

2.5 or more shoes, so maybe 4l is too much? try cutting down to 3 and see if that does it?

    4 could be counter productive?

Shoes why would she kill you? As long as she is getting her cut she should be mighty happy. I used to think the same till I fell off the wagon and my whole mind changed. Yes of course I want to lose weight and this although not cheap is super easy. However if the scales say I have only lost 1lb and my CDC says a word it will be onto the next :rotfl: Everyone loses at a different rate and everyone has fluctuations.... Any CDC who doesnt understand this isnt worthy to be a CDC at all  She wont kill you but she may ask why etc and as long as you answer truthfully then it should be fine :T

well that meal, went well and not well

it was the usual pub menu and i asked my hubby could i have the chicken that said it had tomato sauce and cheese on it, but without the toppings and could i have a large salad with it.

yeah ok, off he went to order with my german b-i-l and when my meal came it had chicken smothered in a tomato sauce with cheese and bacon on top, loads of chips and the smallest salad in the world.

asked hubby quietly what had gone wrong, and he'd been talking at the bar to someone he knew, and hey presto german b-i-l ordered, so i offered my s-i-l my chips to go with her meal, she took them, and i ate all of the salad, lettuce, cucumber, onions, toms, and sweetcorn, i scraped the sauce and cheese of the chicken, and i ate the chicken, but i'm sure that some of the sauce must have been on it.

had a glass of water and no desert.

my in-laws asked why i wasn't eating, as i usually do, i said with my arem being sore, and the nurse messing with it, i felt a bit funny and wasn't to hungry, then i said i didn't like tomatos and that is why i scrapped the tomato from my chicken, then f-i-l said but you've just ate the one on the salad.

So i ended up saying that i was on a diet and cutting down on fatty foods.

So i'm sorry but there is no happy clappy from me today, but it wasn't my fault.

I will be back on track i go to benidorm 4 week today and i want to be 9st 3lb for when i go.

BAck to the wii fit tomorrow as well

good luck all keep glugging the water.

  • Maz, (hugs) sorry you are having a negative kinda day. I am sure a few chicken things wont be that bad. Put it behind you and move on... tommorow is another day :j

    Chris, lovely picture :D

Ok McD's shake using a packet. Empty a whole tray of icecubes into blender (I used about 20). Add a small amount of water, less than a glass maybe half. Blitz for a second, add the packet mix spoonfulls at a time to stop lumps and it sticking to the jug of the blender. Blend with each spponfull. Add fibre+ at the end if required. The shake may need spooning out of the blending jug :rotfl: Lovely and tates better than the awfull tetras :rotfl: However you may need to up your water intake like you do when you have tetras
