You have had it for a while now and it could be something that can be cleared up easily with some anti inflammatories, or a bit of physio.
It hurts to sleep on, so that's driving me mad.
I'm panicking more about the 10k. It's less than 3 weeks away now, and I'm limping :eek:Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

You need to get it seen to asap then.
Dont want to be a killjoy, but if its that bad it probably won't be a good idea to do it. Even sustained walking may cause problems.
You should mention it to the doctor too when you see him, you definitely don't want to make it worse, and there will be others you can do when its better.0 -
I've been sponsored Dunc, and feel like I should try and do it. I will mention it to the doc though, and take his advice. Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

I am sure most people would understand! You will just have to be a cheerleader if its no better.
I'll have to hit the sack now. DS is shouting for me and I'm shattered tonight.
See you all tomorrow and have a good night!!!0 -

Glad you are enjoying your job! Must be good if you are volunteering for 11 hours of it!
Miss you though! Don't see so much of you on here...........its all good for you though, Great news.
I miss you guys too! im off on the weekend so will update then.
Been much more active so things will hopefully start to shrink. I will still have two pructs then what ever meal is at work when i am working. And lots of excercise.
My gola is actually to fit back inopt my fourteens again what ever weight that may be as for me that was sustainable.
I have to come to terms with normal 1-2lb loss per week now and am aiming for that, i am glad of the half pound loss though.
tell mr Dunc he can do it. MrA has lost pretty much three stone now and is slim!! <--- thats a jelous faceIf you dont know where you are going... Any road will take you there :rotfl:0 -

Well done on your happy clappy Maz, looking good!
I need to hit the water today, I havent been drinking enough at all.
Its still the best way to lose the weight Alf, slow and steady, I know we are all looking for the quick fix, but it definitely isn't the best and healthiest way to go.
I shall let mr Dunc know about Mr Alfs success, it might spur him on a bit. He ended up being a wipe out and finished off the corned beef on butties!!!!
He keeps blaming his diverticulitus, I think CD would be good for this, anyone know if its supposed to be good or bad ???0 -
Question - since i'm changing CDC's but not seeing anyone til next thursday..... shall i weigh myself on the weekend and record my results on my spreadsheet?
Or shall i wait until thursday and hope for a bumper loss and record it then...?
i will be weighing myself anyway in between but whether to record it as official or not?I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
