Shoes 8lb is over half a stone - thats a lot in a week!!
Don't underestimate how well you have done.

And remember it sometimes takes a few days for your body to catch up so you should start to feel the skinnyness coming through any minute now.

Weighed In Weighed In. Thats what they say at the races when they declare the final results, if anyone has no clue what I'm talking about!

Well overall I think we did pretty good between us. A few blips here and there, but real life just has to get in the way sometimes.
Hope its been a big help to everyone - Keep it up!!

Well done everyone! Each day is an achievement, so we should feel proud!

Extra well done to the [STRIKE]swotty[/STRIKE] 100percent-ers....

Thanks to sue for keeping on top of the results! :T

  • Whoop Whoop Shoes :j 8lb is fab, same as me nearly... you must not put it down. Some weeks will be pants and some will be amazing (just ask Maz). The diets working though and thats the main thing, 1 stone a month ios safe and if you are 100% it should come off quite quickly :j Good luck for week two :D
stopping only to buy a bargain 4 bottles 750ml of Evian for £1.50... how CD is that??!?

:rotfl: Maz, I had to laugh at that one. As you know I work in wholesale and they were reducing their bottles of water 6*2L for only £1.80. No way could I pass that up... so I brought 5 cases. My lil bro asked me if there was a water shortage he should know about yesterday  Well a girls gotta spend her cash on something ~ right :o :rotfl:

Random ~ I hate sparkling water

    Hi Mike,
There are a few of us that need an extra poke to keep us on track, so last week suggested setting a challenge where we record whether everyone has stuck to whatever plan they are on 100%.
For everyday you do 100% you get a happy clappy smilie, BUT, if you cheat you get a pink sheepish face.

Last week we did it for 5 days and got lots of happy clappies, a few people asked to carry on so this weeks is going to run for 7 days from Monday to Sunday.

Its not for everyone, but if you want to join in just let me know and will add you on. You can start from Monday if you tell me whether you've been good or bad or just from today.

I find it stops me in my tracks, (well most of the time) its just a little boost that makes me think twice.

well i have been good so far, I resisted a KFC on the way home from exam. I had a chocolate tetra during the exam to keep me going. Just making the stout casserole from the CD book.

Will have to drop off the 100% tomorrow though to treat myself to sparkling pink fizz!
