I start work at 7.45 Dunc, and we'll be leaving around 9am with 80 exciteable KS1 children
Back around 4 with a headache to die for no doubt
Acutally saw a school trip in London today, they were herding them along the tube platform, and I thought then how much responsibility that is!
When I had no tetras, I used a water bottle, drank about half of it and very carefully ripped the corner off a pack and tipped it in (it is fiddly) Then shook it like mad. It wasn't perfect but it did the trick. Would that work for you?0 -

Been 100% yesterday and today - proud of myself today as sat for hours in a very very hot meeting room ended up with a rotten headache but have carried on!
Spud - I know when I have to (because I've forgotten lunch) or when something has happened the temtation when I get in is to turn into the raving cookie monster - except in my case it's more likely to be the raving curry and wine monster! I'm trying not to forget and do think it's better to have something like tuna or cheese or anything with no carbs really. Good luck,

Believe it or not, it's my day off, and I'm going as a volunteer. Really tiring, but I do love it

Thanks for the happy clappys
end of day 2 and i've been 100% again today. :j
even though i was witness to an awful accident, a car drove the wrong way down a road and was hit on, with kids in it.
I got out of my car ran to help, and slipped on the road, and it was that travel/tarmac and i skidded along the road, both of my arms are a right mess with, grazings 1 is especially bad, so went the walk in centre and i have to keep covered as it is weeping.
Glad that you got your new cd sorted out maz, and good luck to everyone else.0 -
Can you lovely peeps please give me some advice?
As you know, I've gone back on SS from today. Next week, I've got a school trip, but I never got round to buying any tetras.
Would I be best not eating at all, and having my soup/shake when I get home, or taking lunch with me, which I should imagine would have to be a sarnie?
i could post you a tetra....... or two.....I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

I'll be fine, honest. I'll either wait till I get home and have a shake, or take a salad. And I promise, no ice cream for meIs it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

and extra well done on the 100%
I have been naughty today, had a weight watchers biscuit and a crimble crunch biscuit.... Will substitute them for my 2nd pack of the day. one more pack to have before bed......
Sorry! but i'm honest if hopeless!!
I have a new CDC to visit next thursday. She's quite far away so will only go every 2-3 weeks, which is okay at this stage of my game...
My old CDC is likely to be in trouble...... as apparently this is not the first such incident reported to her boss about her inflexible attitude... oh dear, what a pity, never mind!!!!
Despite my minor slip tonight, i'm feeling positive going forward......... a new chapter!! yay!! :T:T:TI'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
