Hi

From what I have been reading I think your CDC is a total a**e.
My lady is so flexible and if I am stopping for a bit as I did when I was made redundant she was so lovely and supportive and told me to call round anyway for a weigh and a chat and that she would miss me and to stay in touch. She would never come out with the crap yours has about two weeks notice etc, there is no legal contract or the like with buying CD she has a total cheek and as for referring to you as big, what a cheek, I am suprised she has any customers at all.

I would have thought Head Office will be all over this to stamp out this sort of attitude. If she wants to stay in business she needs to change her tune big time

Hope you get sorted and find a lovely CDC like mine

I'm not going to let it lie for sure... y'know she said, well i happen to know the other CDC's in your area well, and they might not be willing to take you on, it depends how they feel... i.e. if i tell them you're trouble you'll not get another CDC... i've told HQ i thought this might happen actually... so will be speaking to them again.....

your one sounds nice hun. you're lucky.

did you think any more about what i said about counting your losses only after each weekly weigh in? Did i make sense? or are your 5lbs in siggy from last week, and the 1lb you referred to earlier isn't included in your signature?

Unfortunately my 5lb is from Sunday onwards lol

I weigh myself at exactly the same time each day wearing a birthday suit after I have been to the loo when I get up, I did this last year when I lost 4st on CD.

I find that seeing a regular loss keeps me motivated tbh I cant wait for each week. If I dont lose for a day or so it doesnt bother me as I know I will eventually, it has to come off sooner or later on this diet as long as I stick to it.

I cant believe your CDC said no one else would take you on, it sounds like she has had a knock on the head, what planet is she on LOL

Hi guys. I'm still here! Maz your CDC problems sound terrible. I thought mine was bad...I still have had no reply from my e mail when I told her I didn't think my head was in the right place and money was a bit tight but I hoped I'd be back after my hols. I did think I'd get just a line from her but nothing. Has made me decide that when I do go back to CD it will be with a new CDC. Hope you get it sorted hun.

i just got a call from the boss of the CDC...... ooops she is in trouble..... not the first person to complain apparently!

teeee heeee!

and she is setting me up with another counseller who sounds lovely, bit further away though so 3 weekly appointments.

i feel vindicated!
