WI this eve and 2.2lb off, which I am v. chuffed with after my "week" (4 meals) off! Just got to keep with SS as I am hungry now as still not properly back in ketosis. Done 2 days now SS, so know I will be fine by tomorrow - fingers crossed.

Got another 7 weeks hopefully SS then should be 11st ish and can start moving up the plans. My goal is 11st, but want to be slightly less when I go on hols mid-August so I can really enjoy the break!

Keep with it everyone, there are lots more smiley faces on that 5 day goal chart than anything else - it's got to be a good thing.

Reading these post really helps keep me focused, so thankyou.

i just found this thread and thought i would post.
i am currently on the cambridge diet.
i am just about to go into my 10th week and it has been a huge uccess for me.
i have stuck to it 100% except on my add a meal week where i was away and did drink some alchol.
but here is the good news. on the soul source plan i have managed to lose 4 stone in 9 weeks!!!! an average of 7llbs a week if i ignore the add a meal week where i stayed the same.
its been difficult but the resuslts if stuck to are amazing.
ive also lost over 8 inches off my chest, and gone down 2/3 shirt sizes

there is a down side thou, nothing fits so i keep having to buy new clothes....but i think i can deal with that :-)

wish u all success and will post an update in the near future.

    regards

OK, after a couple of requests for smileys can I have any volunteers to go again.

I am very happy to do it, but won't be on line until late tomorrow. Away with work, and am going to have to eat as its a lunch meeting:rolleyes:.

    So far we have
    Saint:T
    Maggie:T
    Duncan:T
    Bounce :T

If we start today it will have to go for seven days - needs to go over the weekend for me to stand half a chance:o

Anyone up for another go? I think we did pretty good last week, there were lots of happy clappies. It defo kept me off the chips and curry and the lager, (well it did on Saturday:rolleyes:)

If anyone wants to add on or update please feel free, I won't be offended. Just pick quote and take out the quote marks when the message comes up - you can add yourself on and add your smilies (or blushes)
Hopefully will be back on tomorrow night, but may be Wednesday.
