i just got a call from the boss of the CDC...... ooops she is in trouble..... not the first person to complain apparently!

    teeee heeee!

and she is setting me up with another counseller who sounds lovely, bit further away though so 3 weekly appointments.

    i feel vindicated!
Great News Maz, its hard enough this without having to deal with crap like that.
  • Sorry Maz, forgot to say, sorry about all the hassle with your CDC, I hope the CDHQ can sort it all out for you :j Good luck for the next stone :T

Spud, you can try getting all the way through not eating... but you then have to fit two meals in a short space of time. I have done this but with 3 meals ~ its tough. What about having a ss+ meal? either have some cooked chicken strips (in chilled dept) or a tin of tuna in brine and then add some cue and lettace? You can pop taht in a box with an ice block and it will stay cool all day :T

I dont think I've got a butty box that fits in my bag, but I could buy one couldnt I. My bag is one of those insulated ones, so I wouldnt need an ice pack.

Or I'd be home for 4 ish so could have a shake then, and another one around 7.

I MUST resist the ice cream at the seaside though :o

What time do you have to leave Spud, maybe if you leave your morning one until just before you go, then have your lunchtime one at 4.00 then your teatime one at 7 -8 then you should be OK.

Don't think I have ever seen CD friendly ice cream though:D

I start work at 7.45 Dunc, and we'll be leaving around 9am with 80 exciteable KS1 children

Back around 4 with a headache to die for no doubt :D

Been 100% yesterday and today - proud of myself today as sat for hours in a very very hot meeting room ended up with a rotten headache but have carried on!

Spud - I know when I have to (because I've forgotten lunch) or when something has happened the temtation when I get in is to turn into the raving cookie monster - except in my case it's more likely to be the raving curry and wine monster! I'm trying not to forget and do think it's better to have something like tuna or cheese or anything with no carbs really. Good luck,

    Maggie

Knew I was going to have to eat today, so was goodish, except ended up sharing a chippie tea, and having a glass of red, sorry everyone.

But WILL BE BACK ON TRACK TOMORROW PROMISE.

Mr. Duncan, started on Monday, but hasn't managed to get through a day yet so he's joined in our gang too. Promises to go 100% tomorrow. I have explained that means even slices of ham mean you don't get happy clappies so we will see.

He is worse at this than me:o
