    well done all
a few choccie bics would be nice.

well this is day 3 and i've done it 100% got 1 shake left to have, so it's choc mint for later, and i'm onto my 3rd lt of water.

my arm is sore, i've covered it with a dry dressing and it keeps sticking to it, off to see the nurse at the doctors tomorrow.

that's another happy clappy for me, and i'm so chuffed,

i had half a day from work today, and i went back to bed at mid-day and only got up at 5.00pm and i could go back now, but not had the mad headaches yet.

    onwards and upwards.........................xxx

Evening everyone, Oh I've been hungry today, watched River Cottage while I did the ironing, rose veal now that looks delish.

Mr. Dunc is sulking cos I caught him coming back from the fridge eating corned beef and told him he was going to get a pink face, again.

He said he's going to stop if he gets a purple head again!!! Don't worry, I'll keep nagging him!

Yep, SS. I'll have a ickle treat over the weekend and 'do a Maz' but SS the rest of the time.

The hips not really any better. The girls over on the daily chat thread said I need to go to the doc, and maybe for an xray. It's been 10 days now and not much improvement :(

It must be driving you nuts. I have arthritis in my spine and hip, its been a lot better since I have been doing the CD, but I reckon they are right. You have had it for a while now and it could be something that can be cleared up easily with some anti inflammatories, or a bit of physio.
