Hi Maz
In no way have you upset me for saying you had weeks to go. I have congratulated you all the way be it on here/dfw and I cant wait untill you reach your goal. You with all your running too deserve it more than anyone.
I am just having a very bad day :rolleyes:0 -
OMG - Hubby and son have come back from swimming with chips curry, spring rolls and sausage.
I'd already made a fish pie for hubbys tea and son had already had his tea at 5, which I endured cutting up tandoori chicken to go with his super noodles. Didn't even lick my fingers:j
Have a fish pie sitting here thats going to go to waste. Oh the suspense.....
Have had my choc mint shake, black coffee and 750mls water.
Just dosent sound the same does it!
Now - If I hadn't signed up for the 5 days 100% I'd have caved. But stayed strong. havent given in and will have to go to bed very soon:rolleyes:0 -
hugs Pap :grouphug:
No advice from me, I've been rubbish just recentlyIs it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

All promise that we are going 100% on our respective plans for the next 5 days. I'll do an update each day so you will need to let me know you have completed your days sucessfully, (or not - but we aren't having not are we!) Then on Monday will post the grand final results.
:T:T:T:T:T
When you say results, do u mean weight lost or how good we've been? xStill to go: 24lbs:think:0 -
Mrs T and Poggy, Complacency is my biggest problem.
I love being thinner, do the rib feeling thing in bed, and just love taking my jeans off without undoing the button!!
But I always manage to sabotage myself, sort of think its OK to pig out, I will be good tomorrow. And then never manage it.
My record is dreadful, this is my 4th attempt at Cambridge, about my 400th at any type of diet, and I have completed only 49% of my days on the diet 100%. I'm working now to try and improve on this, and also try and change my attitude overall.
This time though I have kept coming back to it, each time I fell off the wagon, because of this forum and the people here. My target is extremely vague, would like to get to 9st something, but it does feel so far away that I just break it into little chunks to try and keep going.
Well done Mrs T on getting back on track, and Poggy, it is hard and only you can decide. I think you should stick with it and move up the plans. Or even take a break on one of the other plans where you can eat. You have done really well, but I also get what you mean with being bored. God it is boring isn't it.0 -

That's cool then babes, i thought when you said "people with weeks to go" it was a direct reference to my earlier post to Spud - if it wasn't then fairynuff.......
i want you to succeed and hope you do stick with it, the misery is only ever temporary......
Are you keeping a blog? maybe go back to some of your earlier posts when you've felt top of the world.....?
Or SS+ to see if some veg gets things moving again..
personally i'd recommend some senna/ducolax or something before bed and you'll be right as rain by tomorrow morning... then the fibre 89 might do it's job from hereonin.....
and thanks for the positive thoughts on my behalf hun... it means a lot.I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
