....wonders if she can get away with a day trip to Dorset

Might be too much what with Leeds Run for All....... and then you're going to see Take That with the girls as well aren't you?!?!

It will be a blast though, MSE beach party!

Aye. Take That and Leeds in the same week. Poor Sammy and Bunny will be sick of me :D

    But a beach party.......
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches

Mrs T and Poggy, Complacency is my biggest problem.
I love being thinner, do the rib feeling thing in bed, and just love taking my jeans off without undoing the button!!
But I always manage to sabotage myself, sort of think its OK to pig out, I will be good tomorrow. And then never manage it.

My record is dreadful, this is my 4th attempt at Cambridge, about my 400th at any type of diet, and I have completed only 49% of my days on the diet 100%. I'm working now to try and improve on this, and also try and change my attitude overall.

This time though I have kept coming back to it, each time I fell off the wagon, because of this forum and the people here. My target is extremely vague, would like to get to 9st something, but it does feel so far away that I just break it into little chunks to try and keep going.

Well done Mrs T on getting back on track, and Poggy, it is hard and only you can decide. I think you should stick with it and move up the plans. Or even take a break on one of the other plans where you can eat. You have done really well, but I also get what you mean with being bored. God it is boring isn't it.

We're all human and we have probably all done diets over and over again. This is my second time round with CD. The 5 day challenge will hopefully get you 100% again. Just think to yourself that after the enjoyment of eating that bit of food, you actually feel the same afterwards - except now you feel guilty, which makes you want some more. Try not to enter that vicious circle.

Woke up early this morning - luckily as have just read all 13 pages! I am very impressed by continuing weight losses. I did CD 3 years ago, lost lots and put it back on. Went back in Feb and was good for 3/4 weeks but since have been awful. Every day starting off ok, and lunch ok too but come dinner - whoops half a bottle of wine and food. Decided to have a break ish - CDC away on hols but bought enough for that time .

This week been away for a couple of days, work today and a treat tomorrow as lovely relations bought me a spa day! So, (really needs a fingers crossed smillie), going to start again on Saturday! Oh joy, bottles of water and running to the loo but hopefully will have settled down a bit by Monday and work. Currently on my scales am 13 1 - so although not been good at all have not put much on (because have been having CDs for breakfast and lunch).

Maz and Dunc - very very impressed with size 14! Think that is sort of normal sizing - currently in 16! Scared to work out BMI but at 5 4 need to lose lots to get to a BMI of 25 (would like to be healthier and not obese - - horrible word!)

Will try and keep up with thread - although that too may take effort and time - hmmm exercise or read thread, what a difficult decision. :rotfl:

Good luck, hope 100% ers doing well,

Stick with us lot and you will get to your target. None of us find it easy so you aren't alone. Join the 100% challenge next week and you'll do it. Wine is also my weakness, it washes down chocolate a treat doesn't it?!

;)Thanks Maggie, do try and keep up with the thread, its great motivation and a great place to come and vent.
My size 14 isn't really quite there yet, I can get them on, but they don't look too attractive yet;)
