Stick with us lot and you will get to your target. None of us find it easy so you aren't alone. Join the 100% challenge next week and you'll do it. Wine is also my weakness, it washes down chocolate a treat doesn't it?!

Are we going again next week?:j
Sounds like a plan to me - it definitely helps - saved me from curry and chips last night I can tell you, I would have eaten them if we hadn't started this.:o

Wines also a problem for me, aswell as gin & tonic, and nice cold lager on a hot sunny day. But must admit I havent missed it as much as I thought, and strangely still wake up on a Saturday morning feeling like I had a bottle of red on the Friday night:confused:

    morning campers!

    Hope everyone is feeling okay.....?

Big G is going out for his tea tonight, erin can have some nuggets and chips, and then there will be no delicious temptations for me...

    Bring on another 100% day....

mind you, home scales haven't moved this week yet.. which is a bummer..... i made the mistake of moving the needle a bit the other day, did it without thinking, might pop to Leisure Centre for sneaky weigh in and see how i feel... would be brill to get into the 11's this week....!! i have not been 11 stone anything since, well god knows when??? 15 years old maybe? i wasn't counting at that time TBH!!

Am also going for a sneaky sunbed today, being browner is helping with the body image... saggy bits look better with a bit of colour! Big G was laughing at me, cause i keep my bra n pants on in the sunbed! I said it's good to have white bits to get an idea of any colour you have? Does that make sense?! or am i mad....?

(maybe mad for going on sunbeds at all, but that's a whole other issue!)
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....

Morning Maz, I'm good, in fact feeling saintly after not eating the chips.
11 st something, WoW that would be good. I remember many years ago hitting 11 st 11 and being absolutely horrified. Nowadays I would be made up.

I'd leave the pants on but not the bra, you might fancy a slinky halter neck or even a strapless number and you will have tan lines.

Everything in moderation I say on the sunbed issue, I do use them usually before I go on my hols as I am allergic to the sun. The sunbed acclimatises my skin and I don't get prickly heat or coldsores while I'm away, it also means I am less likely to burn. It does make you feel a little better to have a little bit of a tan.

Also you are good at your moisturising - why don't you try those hint of a tint type ones? My mum swears by them. Because they only have a liitle bit of self tan you don't get the streaky effect and just build it up slowly.
I think I've got some at home come to think of it, maybe I'll have a go.

I think it is time to drop the straps as straplines are starting to show... good idea... but halterneck, ahem! i don't think so hun!!

I do moisturise all the time, and have been using garnier self tanning on my legs as they take forever to tan.... my face is quite brown already but probably due to some sunny day running more than anything.. i probably should start using something with an SPF on my face actually...

i like to have colour in the summer, but i'm not a berry brown person unfortunately... pale and interesting scot that's me!!
