Just wanted to say...100% all day today and 4 litres of water!!:j

Also after a bit of TLC. I'm thinking of knocking this on the head now. I've been SS (on and off) since Feb and I think that my heart just isn't in it anymore. I've lost over 4 st and now I keep on cheating so maybe its time to take a break. I was thinking of going back to SW in a few weeks anyway but have checked and found a group that I can go to tomorrow. I miss food!! You are all so strong but I can't do this anymore. (Of course this could be the result of my ketosis headache)

    Help me xx

Pogs you mst do what is best for you :)

welldone on your 100% day maybe its best to end on a godo note as it were? you can always come back to CD and SS if you wanted to. other options are to move up the plans.

I like the products they make me feel healthy. You can eat and have CD that may make you feel better

Rant ~ Well done to those who are about to finish but some have months and years to go  Fibre89 doesnt work and I just spent my last spare £5 on a pot! I am so poor its unreal, £215 this month on CD stuff and now I cant even buy any tablets for my headache or stomcah. And I want to go to the movies and have popcorn  My life is so pants right now

Duncan I wont join in your 100% drive beacuse apart from my ss+ meal I have been 100% from the word go. Good luck to you all though :T

Right miss pap.... serious chat time....

you're doing brill, so much better than all of us what with being 100% all the time, struggling with the effects it's had on your PCOS, working with food all day.....

I know it seems like a lot to have spent but i can bet it's not that much more than you would have spent on groceries, snacks, drinks etc

You don't have years to go... noone really should take more than 6 months to a year... (especially when being as good as you are)

What you weighed at the start is only fractionally more than most of us, same as others.... you're not some 28stone, jerry springer 6 fireman to get you out of bed person.......

I apologise if my saying i had weeks to go upset you somehow, but i make no apologies for celebrating my successes, they've been a long time in coming as i started in january......

If you honestly believe that you're unhappier now than before you started then stop CD. But i think you were unhappy before anyway, and now you have a legitimite reason for it that you channel it as CD rage!
Use the rage positively, you can hate being obese which is futile and changes nothing if you don't take action.... or you can hate CD butstill plough thru it and beat the obesity and ultimately the CD by being a slimmer happier person by september......

All of the above said with all due respect and love........
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....
    (it's part of my charm!)

Another 2 stone to go but I am actually pretty happy at a size 14. I also think that isn't helping. I was a 20-22 when I started so a 14 feels good. I have 2 weeks worth of stuff left (which just goes to show how bad I've been!) I love the losses, although they haven't been great lately but I need to step back a bit. Oh I just don't know what to do...

    Hi there

I did the same as you and lost 4st last year and 3 of it has crept back on by me being really bad.

Have you tried working up the plans ? I have been really bad so take no notice of me but I so know how you feel and I threw caution to the wind and am now paying the price

Definately try the SS+ it makes a nice change and will allow you to eat something

    good luck luv

I think i know where you're coming from Poggy. I was a 20 when I started in March and i'm now a 16. I'm loving being slimmer so i've been really slack lately.

I've lost 2st but still have another 2st i initially wanted to lose. My head hasn't been in it really but over the last 2 days something has just clicked (i hope) and hopefully i really am back on track now.

Personally, SW and WW dont work that well for me as i tend to get complacent. When i've lost another stone then i want to start maintenance or something similar.

If SW or WW works for you and you can stick to it then go girl :)
