    Not been good at all Maz. Every time we've eaten, I have sat and thought about what was in front of me, but eaten it anyway. We're all on holiday from school/work, so maybe it's just a bad time to come off CD :o

    Here here

    I am really struggling but up for the Sunday challenge. Right I am off to paint the bathroom, no food there ;)

    is it good goldie...?

    i can't wait to start... i'm going onto maintainence when i get to 11stone... 16lbs to go... so if i try hard i could get there in 4 weeks... probably 5 though!

    It is good. You don't feel deprived at all and feel really in control which I wasn't last time I got to target, I just left without doing maintenance and slowly started eating things I shouldn't. Keep going Maz and you will soon be joining me. There are a couple of choices for breakfast like unsweetened muesli and your milk allowance or a small slice of granary bread and a boiled egg plus the shake. Lunch is green salad and a shake and for dinner there are a number of options, chicken, fish and veg etc. Have a look in your yellow book but don't start salivating!! The weight is still coming off a little (1 1/4 lbs at WI today) so I may stay on the 1000 cals for a few more weeks yet before I go up to 1500 cals.

    Get Tesco Senna tablets. I'm gonna be a bit crude but they make what would normally be a rock hard size-of-a-mountaingoat-type dump break down into rabbit droppings. You will be firing them out in no time!!!!!!!!

    Hi Spud, I did go and have another look when you mentioned it. I'm not going to be condescending and say you don't have one, but I honestly didn't notice until you mentioned it. But I do exactly the same thing myself. I've always had a round face, even when I was thin and its the first thing I see too when I look at pics of me.

    Its easy to say, but we should try and look for the best bits first, wonder why we do that, :confused:

    I dont actually have so many chins in real life. I just seem to morph in pictures :rotfl:

    Defo know that feeling, but good on you for coming on and telling us. I have a horrible tendancy to just lose the plot - I wish you could bottle it for us PAP.

    when i was my thinnest (still hevier than your 10stone dunc) at 13 stone i didnt have a double chin. i still stuck my chin out though for pics or avoided them! but the double chin is kinda new because i have lost some of the weight from my face which was holding up the weight under my chin. *goes off to retrieve recently dropped chin from floor*
    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
    That made me laugh, my double chins have gone a bit funny. Its still there, but is sort of scrawny looking. (Not that scrawny) but sort of has a fatter bit in the middle where it sort of sinks in from the sides. Having a feel now. My fat cheeks have gone thinner too, but in a sort of uneven way. Just hoping it all evens out as I go on.
