Isn't it funny how you look at pictures of yourself totally different to how other people seeing them.

I thought you looked great, didn't notice any chins particularly, I just remembered you not wanting to post any pics ages ago and was wondering why as you look just fine on that one!!;)

Look again Dunc, there are several chins :o

PAP, I think it will take me a while, especially at the rate I'm going! I think the fibre89 stuff is supposed to be a preventative rather than a cure, don't suppose you have any senacot(sp?) in. If not I find a lot of water and a brisk paced walk help shake things along. You can guarantee half way through a walk with Dunc I always get a little urge.

And how can your life be pants - you arn't joining in with us because you are already great at sticking to the plan, how many of us can say that. I don't think there is too many.

You are doing pretty good, but having a lousy day, hope you feel just a teeny bit better for getting it off your chest........

Me too - I even spoiled half my wedding pics sticking my chin out to avoid the double chins, and I was only 10 and a half stone then:p

Pap, sorry you're having a bit of a rough time, I find I have no toilet issues whatsoever providing I have the porridge every day. If I don't.... _pale_

Slight confession, I had 3 jaffa cakes today. But I'm going for a run in a minute, so I let myself have them to see if they would counteract the lack of energy and post-run dizziness.

Other than that I have been angelic the last couple of days. Two people at work today asked if I'd lost weight, and the sexy guy I flirt with offered to 'take me down the canal'! (It was just flirty banter, but hey....I'm not complaining!) :)

Hi Spud, I did go and have another look when you mentioned it. I'm not going to be condescending and say you don't have one, but I honestly didn't notice until you mentioned it. But I do exactly the same thing myself. I've always had a round face, even when I was thin and its the first thing I see too when I look at pics of me.

Its easy to say, but we should try and look for the best bits first, wonder why we do that,

when i was my thinnest (still hevier than your 10stone dunc) at 13 stone i didnt have a double chin. i still stuck my chin out though for pics or avoided them! but the double chin is kinda new because i have lost some of the weight from my face which was holding up the weight under my chin. *goes off to retrieve recently dropped chin from floor*
