Hi everybody, I am back!!
I came off the diet the week before Christmas and lost a total of 7lb in the 3 weeks I was on it. I was pretty pleased with that actually because I fell off the wagon virtually every week!!
I still had six days worth of fiet left so here I am once again on the diet. Today is day three. My own weigh in on Monday told me I had put 7lb on over Christmas!! Okat yes, I stupidly ate whatever I wanted to but I think it was the booze that did it. I relaxed with G&T, Brandy & Coke, Baileys...arrrggghhh, I'm paying for it now.
My CD Counsellor is visitng me tomorrow with the packs and for my first official weigh in. I have been very good this time around as I seriously want to shift this weight asap. I weighed myself this morning and I was 3lb lighter! I am sticking ti the water rigidly and spend most of my day in the loo!
I am weighing in on my scales today at 8st 4lb, at the weekend I was 8st 7lb. My goal weight is still 7st 10lb.
Out of curiosity how much is the diet costing you all? I am on 3 packs a day (ss) and I'm paying £42 per week for my counsellor to bring it to me rather than me going to her.0 -

HI, when my counsellor weighed me on her own scales on Thursday, I was still weighing in at 8st 7lb...tut. My scales weigh me differently, lighter I might add lol. I think I ought to go with her weight though as they are probably better scales than mine. My next weigh in is Thursday. Not doing so good today...I had a piece of brown bread with my soup...arrggghh. Why do I do it????0

Hi everyone, I am thinking of starting the cambridge diet but just wondered if you can get shakes that are ready made as opposed to powder - if so are these more expensive and how much? thanks0
-
Hi Banbury, yes you can get cartons of the sake already made but I have no idea how much they are. I know they are more expensive than the packet shakes though as my CD counsellor mentioned them the other day. They are convenient and like any convenience food you pay more. I'm sure somebody will be along soon to answer your question a bit better than me though;)
Welcome to the thread, do you have much to loose??0 -
Hi Meggielo - Thanks for the info! I have found a councillor and she is coming round Monday night so all being well I will start on Tuesday morning!!
I have about 6/7 stone to lose, I am getting married in Sept so need to do something drastic!! How have you found it? Have you had success?0 -
Hello Everyone .. Im restarting cambridge again on friday next week (payday).. having the obligitory last suppers then cutting carbs next monday to thursday and upping water so I wont feel so rubbish when I go into ketosis next weekend .. Ive pretty much regained all the weight I lost .. my own fault.. eating all the wrong things and thinking I could get away with it .. silly me .. anyways .. I know this works for me .. have 5 stone to lose roughly and am determined to get it gone for good ..0
