Managed to get back on track yesterday after having the weekend off for my birthday....really do wish i hadn't stopped at 9 weeks 100% and kept going, as much as i enjoyed myself its b1oody hard getting back into the routine....hoping for some damage limitation this weekend at WI...not expecting to loose anything, am just praying i don't put any on:eek: back to sainthood now for me until end of April :A0 -

HWGA i completly agree with you! .. it is so hard getting back to it once you break the cycle Im trying to get back with it .. I was good yesterday, aiming to be good today alsoapart from my lunch! ... pork mothers day dinner at school! .... at least it will be a small portion thats somthing i spose lol ..
Will just have to guzzle the water this week i think try and flush my system through a bit lol ....

HWGA - Have more faith, you may not gain at the weekend and remeber if you do it wont be fat weight just carb weight. Just aim for gettingg back into K before then and you should have got rid of all of the carbs and you'll be fine

I saw my CDC this evening and have lost all the weight I gained and a few more pounds since being off the diet! yay!

Awwww thanks guys, i really do hope i manage to get back into ketosis and loose this week rather than put on
Am back on SS and on day 3 so hopefully by Saturday I could have lost anything i potentially put on....plus i only need 2lb to get me into the 13's :T Fingers crossed hey!!

Well I didn't get weighed last night as I'm on holiday and couldn't be bothered to go across town, when I'm at work I'm halfway there anyway. so I'll have to divide next week's loss in half.

Afternoon All
I went for my first ever weigh in last night
I cycled all the way there completely under estimated the ride and by the time I got there I thought I was either going to pass out or die or both, I was cycling none stop for 30 mins – then I had to get home – never doing that again until I am back on food and its warmer. So when I got in I had a bath and got straight into bed feeling a little flat (I can’t explain it I was just flat) and that was that but I didn’t have my second litre of water and well have woken up with a massive headache. That will teach me.
Well anyway my official weigh is 10st 5 – 7.5 lose.:T:)
Am onto week 2 now and it’s got to get easier but apparently you don’t lose the need to eat until week 3 – bloody hell. Other than the headache though I’ve woken up alright, not as flat as I was and heading for my happy thought again, I think I lost it up to yesterday, need to find that buzzing again.
I also didn’t realise how much I needed to have that meeting qith my CDC yesterday as I remembered what I said to her last week – it is NOW OR NEVER so get on with it....
I think once I am under 10st the excitement might come back.

I am losing weight as ttc and have to go for a laparoscopy. (minor keyhole surgery under general anesthetic). Don't have exact date but will be in next 2-3 months. Presume will need to be off Cambridge and eating a healthy diet prior to op. So thinking that will continue with SS for rest of this week and then for next 3 weeks. Spend a week at 810 then a week at 1000 and then finish Cambridge and move to 1200 calorie healthy diet. So appears might be eating food sooner than I thought.Yearly Grocery Budget - £100.77/ £3500.
