Oh I forgot to mention too - I went to get measured for a new bra yesterday - I was very pleased when the fitter told me that I was now a 40 back as previously I'd been a 44E - I could have died when she annouced that I was a H cup though!!! It was with La Senza though and I don't really trust their sizes so I think it'll be back to M&S from now on

No, it's probably right, cos I read the other day in the Simply Be catalogue that if you go down a back size you should go up a cup size. I didn't realise this and was thinking if I'd gone down from a 44 to a 38 then my cup size should be shrinking too and wondering why a 38F wasn't fitting right. I'm in an H cup now an all. Blummin pain trying to get anything reasonably priced and still attractive in that size though!! Nothing ever fits me right in M&S bras, my boobs must be a different shape to their standard pattern LOL!

Getting weighed in morning as had an appt today. According to my scales have only lost a couple of pounds, so don't think its going to be a good result although I have been 100%

Happy Birthday (what's left of it, lol).

I'm going to be back on track tomorrow, had some time off, and have been off sick today with chronic period pain/sickness/bug of some sort. Grrr.....So I'm sticking with the 8lbs from last week and haven't been bothered to weigh myself today....will leave that joy until next Monday ;)
