Cambridge Diet part II

I am alright when working with water but rubbish when in the house
Hamish, the way I got around that was carrying a bottle everywhere. Only a small one 100ml and keep refilling it. I know its a pain if you are doing chores and the like but it does work. The only other way I heard it done is 30min breaks, so an alarm would sound every 30ml and they would drink a good glass of water.
I am personally better while at home with the water now. When I am at work I don't drink anything so will go 4-5 hours without a drink. I need to find a bottle that will fit into my bag really0 -

Hello Mrs, I'm just like you, I think the only thing I've not done is the Atk!ns as I'm veggie/veganish and the thought of eating tins of corned beef turns my stomach, lol.

I've changed my mind, a woman's perogative and all that, I'm going to put myself down as 8lb off as I know that Friday night will be a heavy one and will negate a lot of this current week's good work.....tee hee, cheating already!
I'm having a good day but have only had 1litre of water so far, I think I need to stop being tight and buy my 10p bottles of sparkly water again as I can't drink still water as easily as sparkly....
