Aaaah, wish we had a dog (actually scrap that, messing about with bags and having to go out for walks 2+ times a day, no matter what the weather doesn't appeal!!), but I like the image of your lovely chocolate lab basking in the sun :)

Good luck for your weigh-in....hope the food won't have done much damage.

Come and join us PAP, sorry to hear your body is doing strange things, I was gobsmacked to find I'd lost 4lb overnight on Sunday morning and then more gobsmacked to discover I'd not lost an ounce this morning.

HWGA, thanks I have been back a fair few weeks but didn't feel like I could support anyone hence not being here :o Lovely to see you are doing well with you 100% stint. Its great isn't it

Piratess, :j Line in the sand today, you will know your weight and move on. I have all the faith that you will do 100% today. Let us know your weight and just think in a weeks time 4lb of that will be gone :D

Yes please can you add me to your Mad March Challenge. I will aim for 17lb, only because weigh-in days are Wednesday of which there are 5 in March. So thats an average of 3.4lbs a week  Simples :rotfl:

Kitti, Dogs are fun! I take 'ours' on my run and he gets that or a walk everyday. The longest we have ever walked with him is 5miles. Plus he is just stupid which makes you love hime more.

Sorry to hear about your weight :( When is your offical weigh-in?

Good luck all, we can and will do this
  • Oh yes my halo is shining, but no doubt it will slip the weekend...i know i was a bit anxious about just having a salad lunchtime as i can be a lightweight at the best of times, even though will only be having a couple....well thats the plan :o

Any ideas from anyone on what would be a better meal to have....i don't want to be mega bad but was thinking maybe i should have some pasta or something to have something in my tummy !:D

Bliming birthdays, they should fall after i've completed Cambridge:rotfl:

Hi Pap, I'm currently using up packs I had left over/donated to me, and hypothetically I could get to my ideal weight by the time I finish them (or near abouts). I would like to go back to group, but I still occasionally need to take strong painkillers when my back hurts too much, and then have to eat - usually like a horse as I get v. depressed and then it takes a day or so to get back to where I was. Grrrr....

I'd quite like to go back to group as my counsellor has a few rails of lovely clothes that people donate as they slim out of them and sells them cheaply to raise money for charity, I've done really well out of that! Maybe towards the end of my road I'll pop in for a couple of weeks - and also get the route to management/maintenance stuff so I can keep on the straight and narrow!

Looking forward to my sauna at lunchtime, my main boss is on holiday today, so might be a little bit lax in my timekeeping as I can make up the time tonight when DD is in bed ;)

Piratess, well done for the pound- I too didn't do so well. To be honest i wasn't expecting much seeing as i've lost 10 pounds in the previous 2 weeks. My body is probably trying to catch up LOL!

I've just realised that the challenge only starts today so should we ignore todays weightlosses?
