well our meal out last night was dreamy! ... Although when we got home i felt so sick and bloated !! kinda thought eating is overrated! haha ... im back to it today ... had a pint of water, and just about to have a tetra and another pint
I want to get 4lbs off next week, im upto 30lbs lost in total and i feel like ive finally achieved somthing .....
the sun is shining today and im going to go take my pup for a walk shortly i think to get some calories off from last night lol ...Hoping to be a thinner me in 2010!0 -

Well back to day 1 after my birthday weekend off....i'd forgotten just how hard it is to get back on trackDefinately not going to be having any other weekends off until end of April for a hen weekend at the earliest...am hoping to be 2 stone lighter by then, and almost there....probably another 1 - 1 1/2 stone after that :j thats if it all goes according to plan !
i was just wondering how many packs you guys on SS were actually having? Only because a friend of mine has just started and she is 5'5 (am 5'4) but i'm only on 3 packs a day (no meal) and shes on 4......just wondered if 3 is rigth??:D0 -

HWGA, it depends. There is no reason why you can't be on 4 packs a day either as it will not make that much of a difference. However you can't drop below 3 per day. I think he whole reason behind three is its the same as having three 'conventional' meals, ie breackfast/lunch/dinner. Generally though its only if you are above a certain height/male/excercise hard that you have 4. I am unsure why she has been told to be on 4, maybe because she is a little higher? If you want to do 4 meals you can but it will cost you moreIf you want more food try spliting your packs just remember to half the water you use to make it with :rotfl:
Otherwise keep on going with you 3 packs, you are doing just fine :j0 -
Ahhh thanks PAP, just worried i was supposed to be on 4 packs !!! I have to admit some days when i'm struggling I do have the 4 and seems to be ok and still loosing !! I definately do the trick of splitting packs as well, makes me feel like i'm having more :rotfl:
Very hard though getting back on track, just need to get past day 1 again and i''ll be fine...am working until 8 tonight so hopefuly by the time i finished i will be even more shattered and ready for bed straigh away:rotfl:0 -
Belated Birthday Wishes HWGA!!
Hope everyone else is doing ok? It seems this is the week for eating out!! We went to Splash Landings on Sunday and somehow got convinced into going to Frankie and Bennys on the way home - I was semi good though - I did have a salad (with no tomato's, dressing or cheese - so basically lettuce) but with a yummy salmon fillet. Then yesterday we took advantage of the 50p bowling that was posted on another thread which happens to be right next to a different Frankie and Bennys so we went again except this time I wasn't so good and I had a starter and a main - flat mushroom with pancetta and goats cheese for starte and then a chicken with salad for main so I'm not expecting much at my WI tomorrow - I am however being very good tonight and going swimming with OH and have set myself a minimum of 15 lengths to do.
Is Duncan still around on here? If so I'm wondering if you have a similar name on another forum, if it is you then wow!!! You have changed altogther - well done!! I'm very jealous!0 -
Well only lost 2 and quarter pounds, so I will say 2 pounds loss for challenge. Was bit dissapointed as 100% but I havnt been drinking enough water. And have lost over a stone in 3 weeks so wont moan.Yearly Grocery Budget - £100.77/ £3500. January Treats Budget - £11.80 / £100.0

hope everyone has had a good dayive been good back to it today, actually managed all my shakes today .. well just about to have my last one in a min a bar with a cuppa
i am so cold! ..
I dont think ill be losing that much this coming week i had a day off yesterday and tomorow my son has a mothers day lunch at school where the kids get to take mum for lunch, so we have got roast pork.
i will be having a shake for breaky and tea tho and will be drinking lots of water to.
has anyone got any plans for the week? or for Mothers day? ive been informed that granprix starts so ill be hard pushed to go anywhere lolHoping to be a thinner me in 2010!0 -
Morning
I made it I made it I made it to day 7. It has been touch and go on a few occasions and I have struggled through but on the whole I've enjoyed my first week, it is quite liberating being with out food, so my times though my own brain has been doing my head in bless it but you just have to give yourself a good talking to and carry on.
Off for my weigh in tonight and I could do with talking to my CDC, just to get the motivation back. To crack on with week 2.
Will l let you know how i get on later
