I would love to be. Will be watching it all weekend.
    It's a great name.
Needs a middle initial or a Jnr / III after it though to make it even more American

Sorry miss. I'll stop behind tonight and write it on the blackboard 100 times.
There again, I'm American now. I lose vowels in most words. ;)

Teach me to read what I copy and paste...

I fear I may regret my latest offering...

I see we had a spurt past 1.6350! Touched 1.6380 but dropping slightly again now..

  • [07:38 GBP/USD: Sterling Looking Good With USD Down Along With Cross] London, July 20.

The weekend press might have been thick with warnings for the UK economy over the escalating flu situation but as Monday markets get going it is clear that Dollar weakness dominates thinking. Sterling has raced higher vs the US unit and has out accelerated the EUR, which dropped the cross to 0.8612 session lows from 0.8644 at the London get go.

Dollar losses traced back to fresh risk appetite and this highlighted further
by the strong rebound in GBP/JPY, which has cleared last week"s 155.20 highs. The Dollar index has fallen through Friday"s recovery base at 79.275 and also below last week"s 79.131 low, tripping stops on route to 79.078.

Looking ahead, UK money supply and lending indicators due from 08:30 GMT and US leading indicators at 14:00 GMT. On the order board Cable bids 1.6440-50 and 1.6420 with stops below the figure. Topside the offers run to the 1.6500 option barriers but these are reportedly lightening as sentiment grows.

We look for 1.6480 test, a stall and pullback to 1.6440-50 then a run to the
    1.6500 barriers.
