I've got a lot of dollars left over from my Florida Holiday last year - $3355 where's the best place to exchange them? Any reasonable offer accepted.:) On offer at 1.58?

I've just PM'd everyone that was interested. Thanks. I live in Stafford - if that's any good to anyone else? :)

So the rate has shot up from 1.4450 to 1.4675 (over 1.47 at times) today and no one has got excited?

It may only be 2.5c, but that's about the price I pay for a gallon of petrol over here ;)

I'm going to the dominican republic at the end of the month and i'm taking dollars. Should I be buying them now or closer to departing? I'm only taking $500, would I be better taking less dollars and opening the nationwide account?

Ref the dollars. Have a look in your crystal ball.. If you are only taking $500 though it isnt going to make much difference either way.

Ref Nationwide, It is prob to late to open the account and get cards etc

But still try and then if it is not ready in time it will be for next time
