i think you need to walk fast and even so that you break into a sweat and keep that speed for a bit, maybe 10-15mins?
and then gradually increase the time til you get to maybe 45 mins and then start a gentle jog?

So far so good this week Sal. Easier now I know CD is coming to an end for me. 3 weeks supply to use, then I'm sensible eating with exercise
