It is specific to the course I did but it has sections in it telling you about how to set it out and the style they like it to be written in. I have to say after going to a brick university I found the OU style...interesting! holy-crap-a-lu-la my shins are chuffing sore.
see, told you i was weak and more of a walker than a jogger!
and to be honest, i didnt jog or run all my 1.25miles (took me 15mins to complete). i only jogged / ran between bus stops.
