Spud you have done so well and you have got a good head start on the weight loss.
I started doing the Slimming World plan from home as I really cannot get to a local group on an evening. I have also booked an induction at my works gym.
I feel better for just making the decision and sticking to it for 1 whole day:DBut these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -

Spud, I get the smell of mums perfume loads. I've had all sorts of things go on since she died and I know it's her. So I'm the last one to think you're nuts. Just say hello and tell her you're really happy she's there with you, that's what I do.
