RoseP - well done on feeding the cats - and the little B&W one that gets left out - boy or girl, make sure you do the same again - guide it to the milk. There's always a 'runt' in the litter that is weaker than the rest and which needs a helping hand. It'll be that one...

ETA - also if the Mum is desperate for the wet food - is there plenty of fresh water for her? She may be thirsty.

LOL, I don't like cats that much but this one is quite sweet. It's more to help my friend out, she was panicing cos couldn't find anyone to look after them while she is away. I love the kittens, babies of any species can make me do anything!
She doesn't seem to want mars bars! Good idea tho! One thing I wondered - on the sachets of food it says Kitten. Now this cat is very young, less than a year old, but as she has had babies should she be having adult food now? Is that why she's so hungry or is the kitten food just as nutritious as adult food?

ETA: thanks Soappie I will keep an eye on him, he seems like he needs a helping hand!

Yes there are two bowls out around the flat with water in, in places I've been told she likes them to be.

soappie awh ...I love the windswept look:rotfl:

And why does everyone have to pick on me ....why do you all have to check up on me?? its not fair:confused::rotfl:
as for operation SHUNT .....well what can i say  Anyway you dont have time yet - Plan B needs kick started before you get used to be a 'lady who lunches' or a lady of leisure/ gardening!!!!:rotfl: It would be much more sensible if I cam and kept an eye on you!!!!
kazm well done with the painting - starchy things are good for the cramps - I used to devour pancakes too.
a good read valli - thanks!!!
oh jjef what a star you are - but i wouldnt think of asking you to trail up here just to help me with my shopping - thats silly - I am going to do an online asda order but needed some stuff to keep me going - thank you angel! thanks for the message from Lil_me I thought she maybe didnt have a signal where they were campng - hope the cub camp goes okay.
pigpen your body obviously needs more than 40 winks and it will do for a while - thats what i remember about GF - it is very tiring.

On the shopping thing - i cant remember my cupboards/freezer ever being so low - and its making it difficult to think what to buy - that probably sounds strange! Its like I am starting from scratch - I need to think what I might cook and make a list from there i guess except I am not really in the mood to cook much - what a PITA I am and why do we have to eat?
