Ooh, gorgeous bump pics! Both look very neat!
Just made OH take me for a drive to the beach, which was lovely but now it is bedtime- two more work days then four days off. Can you tell I'm excited? Will get some bump pics at the weekend in my IO dress.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -
September kids are the oldest, Ben was July so one of the youngest. When he sits his Sats next year he will be with kids born in Sep/Oct that are almost a year older than him but will be marked and expected to meet the same level as them, which SUCKS!!! He has a wicked imagination BTW and a fantastic sense of humour but I have sneaked a look in his progress book 2 weeks ago, an advantage of knowing his teacher so well, and he is now meeting expected levels, 1b. I was only worried as when he goes up to the next class in September I know the kids are split onto tables in levels and I didn't want him on the table in the corner!!!Too many children, too little time!!!0

Over here our classes are August babies to July so September would be near the oldest.
I wouldnt worry too much as long as he is happy at school, I think that is all you can ask for. Jasmine is a really messy writer, she isnt a fan of spaces between words at all !!!
He's actually quite badly bullied. Not to be mean, but he is closer to a 6 year old than 7 coming up on 8. Very immature for his age, so he gets picked on. And he won't fight back to the yobs either. Lots of stress for us, but what can you do? School is no use and he still has to see them at the park. Just got to be strong for him at home I guess. Although, luckily he has a very active imagination so is quite happy playing his games on his own.
Now, honestly, it's shower time.0 -

I know you're going but hopefully you'll read this tomorrow. I feel really sad that he should have a school life like that poor love. Can't you tell the school to stick it up themselves and put him in a nice friendly one before his confidence suffers too much. Everybody on here is 100% right, happiness in school is the most important factor for a decent education. Have a nice shower. XXXToo many children, too little time!!!0 -
