Sami - I don;t have any symptoms like that at all. I don;t think it's pre-eclampsia, I really do think it is just a small baby cos we are both from small families, but he worried me and I don;t need it!
He also put on my notes SFD? does anyone know what that might stand for?
Oh, and he also put COPL? but I know that means he thinks baby is head down which is a good thing!
EDIt - I just found it means small for dates.:cool: DFW Nerd Club member 023...DFD 9.2.2007 :cool::heartpuls married 21 6 08 :A Angel babies' birth dates 3.10.08 * 4.3.11 * 11.11.11 * 17.3.12 * 2.7.12 :heart2: My live baby's birth date 22 7 09 :heart2: I'm due another baby at the end of July 2014! :j

Skinty, I'm so cross at your Dr! There's really no way he can guess the size of the baby just by a feel! He shouldn't of let you leave feeling so worried... If your midwife has been happy with your progress so far then I would take what he said with a pinch of salt... I'm the opposite of you, I know we grow big babies in our family which is why I was happy to decline extra scans, they won't tell me anything I don't know all ready...
I came upstairs for a nap, 3 people have text me and the postman bought my pram raincover... Now I'm hungry! Might aswell get up and get dressed...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Krystal, I know what you're saying but I have way more faith in my Gp than I do in my MW! I'd rather he raised it as a potential issue than ignored it, but I do wish he'd sent me for a scan or maybe explained things a bit more.
I usually am very vocal but when I get into the surgery I get all overwhelmed and clam up:cool: DFW Nerd Club member 023...DFD 9.2.2007 :cool::heartpuls married 21 6 08 :A Angel babies' birth dates 3.10.08 * 4.3.11 * 11.11.11 * 17.3.12 * 2.7.12 :heart2: My live baby's birth date 22 7 09 :heart2: I'm due another baby at the end of July 2014! :j
