And I quote the lady herself
"Latest is that they're going to wean him off some meds over the course of today to see what he can do for himself, Have to see the docs tonight for discussions on the future"
The very best is sometimes what nature gives us for free.

As the day of sweeping looms - what should I actually expect? I mean I know they insert some fingers and sweep but do they do it on the bed, woudl they do it on the sofa downstairs? (I hate having people in my bedroom other than my hubby lol and the floor in the livingroom is easier to clean as it's laminate lol) - do they want x amount of towels and so on and on... I know this one will be bribable as she's apparently danish too and I have a stack of danish liquirish thanks to mum LOL So if I need inducting she should be able to book me in as soon as possible ;) Well I can hope! :D

Off out for a couple of hours - want to go get more bedding for the moses basket from Mothercare as i have £35 gift card for them... might as well use it :)

MrsTine - not sure, as I had mine in surgery as I had to go in for something else anyway. Sorry. Just wanted to wish you more labour vibes. Piling them up on ya, really! (without the piles, obviously!)

Carla - I'm looking at the same situation. DS2 will be just turned 3, so old enough for nursery funding, but we haven't fully decided if we'll use it or not. If we do it'll probably be a couple mornings or afternoons a week so he can get some serious playtime in at the nursery instead of being bored at home. Might get a nap out of it. A lot depends on whether or not he's still taking his 10 - 1 nap or not - I'd feel a bit guilty having him napping all morning and then gone all afternoon.

  • Wow i only get on here every couple of days but you have a new thread every time!! I can never find you you all talk so much!!

Fed up of arm hurting but at least hubby is almost completely mended - if a little whacked from the replacing his whole blood thing. I guess the iron will have him back to normal in no time.

He better be OK as this time next week I am flying to Italy! I have no insurance though wonder who I can get to insure a 28 week pregnant woman and a chap who could have died in theatre 3 weeks ago.....I feel my chances are slim!!
