I find Poundland good for 99% of things, but I have had 2 disappointments:

1. Bought some sweets (Strawberry and Cream things) - Did not notice they were 3 months out of date!

2. Some kind of thing that tells you if a Bank Note is real. It did not work, it had no place for the batteries :rolleyes:

Beware of the evian products I have got the cleansing wipes for 79p on the reduced shelf at Tesco a few weeks ago. On the other hand the spf 15 moisturiser is good value but again I have picked this up for 61p recently at Tesco although I must admit I got a few tubes more in poundland the other day.

I bought 2 travel plug adapters for £1 in there yesterday which I thought was a really good deal. They are at least £1.50 for one everywhere else.

Just to clarify previous post the Britvic 55's were for a pack of 4.

Dont buy the hand held battery fans for hot weather - they fall apart within seconds.

Unsure if it's been posted before but Poundland have recently taken delivery of these mini digital camera tripods in silver. Also bendy USB lights for your laptop etc.
