That is the one thing I hate about doing R&R's is that you could be left waiting for 10-15mins (or more in your case) just for the CS person to track down the item on the shelf. Meanwhile your frozen items are slowly defrosting - God forbid when summer comes   !
I know...it made me smile in a wierd way reading further up the thread about Tesco not refunding chiller/frozen stuff...no matter about the ham being carried around by a warm hand for 45 minutes.Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

Can anyone tell me if random weight finest meats have the 20% deducted at the till or will they scan at the pack price?
Thanks

not all of them are. the gammon and the bacon still have the wrong price on the item but are now scanning with the 20% reduction.0

When the "meat fiasco" was going on a few weeks ago - there were lots of r and rs to be had at the end of it when the prices change back. If I remember right they put their prices up by more than the original reduction.0

They are not variable weight. It is only the variable weight products that should be an opportunity (if your store has not changed them individually).Who or what was I before you came in to my life
I am not sure0 -
Yep, it will be the variable weight finest meat I will be looking out for, might even give it a go at my local store tomorrow - hopefully they will have given 'the dragon' cs the day off for Good Friday.0

I was just in a local store and the woman in front on me had bought a mobile phone and £40+ of shopping, the £20 didnt come off the woman knew she should have received the item free due to r+r but the store staff were saying that the policy didnt count on this occassion as it was an offer that didnt come off. they did offer to refund the £20 but not the full price of the phone. A manager did come down bu the woman wasnt for backing down and the manager had to phone someone else.
The is was the point I left so I dont know the outcome I got my r+r. I hope the woman got her free phone. If you are an mse'er say hello I did want to tell her she was in the right and not to back down but I dodnt want to upset the store as it is my local hunting ground.0 -

If you have frozen items in your trolley while at Cs desk doing an RR and if they dont cooperate over the RR and keep messing you about, tell them you they can replace all your frozen goods because theyve kept you waiting so long, Perhaps that will make CS stop keeping RRs waiting ridiculously long.0
