No, there was somebody who suggested giving a false name and address to Customer Services. I think you'd have to be a bit of a conspiracy theorist if you believed Tesco was deliberately overcharging.
    Can I help?

£80 - first reaction. Its your own fault for being so greedy?

Secondly, its there own store, private property. If your banned, your banned. You can ring up HO maybe and talk to them but its in there hands. HO number is in the above post.

How much of R&R items? Did you keep going back to scanner to check?

In this day and age I think Tesco should get their pricing right. I love R&R and am well aware of the mistakes Tesco make, but the other supermarkets dont have the problem with mispricing so surely Tesco should get it right finally. They would be the first to complain if Asda said they were number 1 supermarket - this would be a false SEL!! HA HA
    Just about to give up!

Actually other supermarkets do make misprices, but all they offer back is the difference, though I believe Asda also give you a £2 giftcard and the difference
    Titch :)

Other retailers do get their pricing wrong. The difference is they do not offer r & r, so there is no incentive to go looking for them ;)

Not on the two occasions they have overcharged me. They seem to make it up as they go along.

  • Went to Broughton tesco tonight. They have four scanners in store and none of them work.

    Coincidence? I think not!

This place is not far from Liverpool and they are wise to the ways of the scouser. Probably managed by one!

Travel a few miles down the road and Wrexham store has a scanner that always works. :T
Just out of reach of the scousers!

I'll be phoning HQ tomorrow to complain about the scoused scanners!
