i have just been refused a £20 refund on meat and need to speak to customer services. i cant find a number for this. i am foaming. the sel was 4.16, i picked up 2 packs with 5.18 on, some of hte packs with 5.18 on had been marked down to coincide with the 4.16 special offer but the ones i picked had not. CS told me she used to work in TS and the 5.18 packs should not have been left out. i would have stood my ground and asked for the manager but time was a factor as i had to pick up my little girl from school. i am very annoyed. i said that everything was very misleading and she offered me the goods at the price worked out at the lower sel offer. Any advice would be appreciated but i would be grateful for the HO number.Just about to give up!0

Take it to an in-store scanner. If it scans at the higher price then pay for it at the tills, otherwise leave it. If there is no scanner just put it through at the tills and if it comes up at the lower price say youve changed your mind and dont want it!0 -

R & R with no problems... best of luck guys
Wow, is this for real, £400 of goods for nothing?
Is there a max limit to the value of 'free' products?7 Angel Bears for LovingHands Autumn Challenge. 10 KYSTGYSES. 3 and 3/4 (ran out of wool) small blanket/large square, 2 premie blankets, 2 Angel Claire Bodywarmers0 -

I pointed out bread labelled at 83p but was charged 88p, got difference refunded no problem but not whole price!
Thanks
My local Tesco Express does not do the R and R policy at all, when I queried it they said just the main stores only. I did notice they don't have the poster up about it though, so I couldn't really complain.

In theory they shouldnt ask for your name and address, but if they do, you can always give them false details!0 -

Did this have the out-of-date yellow SEL or was it an incorrect white SEL?0 -
