Dont no if R&R works on tesco.com but on the grocery site the Samsung D500 and Motorola V3 are priced wrong.

Samsung D500 - £143.97 - Should be £134.97
SAVE £25.00 Was £159.97 Then £143.97 Now £134.97 - valid from 15/05/2006 until 11/06/2006

Motorola V3 - £107.97 - Should Be £89.97
SAVE £30.00 Was £119.97 Then £107.97 Now £89.97 - valid from 15/05/2006 until 11/06/2006

Nope! Doesn't apply to Tesco.com

spoke to tesco head office. there store is going to get back to m. if i haver know reply i will contact head office again in a week for them to sort it. if im still banned after that i will go to CIB and see what they say.

Has anyone recently been told that only a Tesco Money Card can be offered as the refund element of R&R? Was told - completely untruthfully by a person who has refunded me before - that this 'policy' has been in force for over 2 years.
Only pachydermous epidermis and porcine mindset secured like-for-like refund and Manager's apology, though he stuck to Moneycard talk for some time.

I got told that you can only get a R&R if you leave the shop otherwise you get the difference. After telling the CS that I thought she was wrong as I have had one before I took my goods walked out of the door and then came back. Only to be told that because I had left the store there was nothing she could do????!!!! Got a manager who basically said CS was being stupid and I got my R&R no problem. The things tesco staff will do in order to not honour a policy maybe they should check the prices around the store (OH no maybe not!!!!!)

My OH was told the same thing a while back. Although he argued that an overcharge was an overcharge, whether you spot it one side of the entrance or the other. He was R&R-ed okay, but now he walks out the store with a puzzled look on his face as he's looking at his receipt, before turning round and heading for the CS desk... The rest, they say, is history.

Yes this is Number 2 in the Tesco Side-Stepping R&R Hit Parade of 2006 - 'Walk on By'.

I generally wander outside the store for a couple of minutes, then look at my receipt and gasp in horror before returning to the store....
