Hi. Having read all what you have gone through I feel that allowing tenants to have all their HB was one of the biggest mistakes ever made. As people have found it screws up the good people (landlords and tenants) whilts the scum get away with stuff.
I hope the benefit fraud peeps catch up with your 2 TV tenantFind out who you are and do that on purpose (thanks to Owain Wyn Jones quoting Dolly Parton)0 -
Hi KJ, Just caught up ... boy you've had some scummy people to deal with!
Like you've said before though (I think it was you!) what goes around comes around ... there's a lot of loosers out there! xMortgage: Jun 08 £155300~Repayment Made: £4300~Remaining: Mar 10 £151000DFW Nerd 1190

Thanks ladies.
It is frustrating but we have received 1 payment today...and she's miffed that we're upset its 8 days late.
Kadiya, got cracking 3 bed coming up soon when Grandad moves here...if you fancy ScotlandYards from the sea, primary school is 200 yards away and right beside the health centre. Little garden, conservatory and garage.
That's frustrating, good tenants, wrong location.
And yes Raini, what goes around comes around.
And Tealady, if brains were dynamic most MPs couldn't blow their noses. It's a law passed by those who have no experience of real life.:A Let us be grateful to people who make us happy: they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom. Marcel Proust :A0 -

Sounds absolutely gorgeous Kissjen, and if we could afford to move (hence us being on here ) I would rip your arm off for it.
Almost makes me want to cry, but then I'd end up hysterical
Glad you got a payment today, shame the tenant paid late and didn't "get it"
As Tealady said, giving tenants their own housing benefits messes a lot of things up, seems a bit of a stupid system to me...is that just for private tenants, because they wouldn't give me that option (Thankfully), but to my sister they did and she is in private because the council waiting list is sooooo long!
Anyway, hope you have a good evening, just about to pack the children off to bed, then time for some peace and quiet...bliss!lol0 -
found ur diary with the help of Raini!
im trying to read it backwards... why backwards i have no idea!

Hi Mrsmcr and welcome to my 'umble abode.
We've a number of properties tenanted by lovely peeps, diabolical peeps and peeps who should require a license before being allowed to breed because some genes are meant to die out!
There's me, a blind OH, a gigantic Small Boy, a weasley Grandad, a husky and 3 special needs cats. I can proudly boast I'm the closest thing to normal we have :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
In the real world I work in the finance industry doing projecty consultanty things but there's nothing out there just now.
So I'm going to do some other things to keep me busy...watch this space and please pop in to advise and kick as necessary.:A Let us be grateful to people who make us happy: they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom. Marcel Proust :A0 -
