Arrears Boy is a ib_kermit.gif muppet.

He's left bank statements, credit card bills, mobile phone bills...he's left his entire identity. One previous very dumb owner.

Do you think I can ebay an identity....please feel free to get as much free stuff as you can from all these valuable personal details.

    Thanks Guys.

Chev, anything worth anything is gone. Rest is trash. Bed could go to freecycle as it doesn't look too bad, will see state of mattress when I move the mountains of paperwork.

Wonder what a muppet and a tiger make if they breed?

    Hey Jen :)
Wanted to return the favour and came to read your diary :D
I'm really sorry you are struggling so much with your tenants.
It really annoys me when people do that to private landlords, because it means that families like us, who have never been in trouble can't get private housing.
I'm in a council house, have been for the past 6 years, never had a complaint against me and NEED to move, because we are in a two bedroomed and have been told we will be lucky to get anything bigger withing the next TWO years *sigh*
We looked into private, but because we recieve housing benefit, most wont touch us with a bargepole, and its all because of idiots like you get...GRRRR
    lol, sorry, mini rant there:o
Hope you're OH gets to see a psychologist soon. Mine has met his, but because the NHS waiting lists are so long we were told he would have to wait months for his first 'proper' session. He was offered CBT in the meantime, but nothing has come of it yet
    Still, onwards and upwards :D
Hope you have a better day tomorrow!
Oh, and Good Luck clearing the flat out too! :)
