i know, i'm useless !
i can't even get to the card, its lodged in between two other things so getting hold of it is difficult.
honestly, this is what friends are for !:grouphug:

well the final outcome was, we still couldn't get the card to work and i have now put it out of its misery.
we believe the card may well have died at some point since i uninstalled the driver as there is absolutely no life in it at all.:grouphug:

Hi I spent 3 hours trying to install the drivers for this card .......:mad:
There are 8 driver versions ( could be 1 of 4 differant wireless chips on the actual card )

I went through them and found version 7 worked for me (realtek chip)

Don`t give up untill you have tried all 8 versions ...........:D Good Luck.!0
