Scorge - i have been known to have dizziness with deafness when i have a cold... not sure about labrynthitis though?

Sal - LBP did cross my mind. i always had good average blood pressure for a fat person, so may well have gone into the low side since losing weight....
I will consider runclub at the time... but i'm sure i'll be fine.... mind you, i seem to think i have forgotten to pack spare socks... and i'm barefoot in my shoes today....

I refuse to buy more socks, i wonder who i can borrow from?

Maybe you should get it checked out. Whatever you do today, make sure you take it easy, and I'm with Sal on the whether you should go to runclub if you're not feeling 100%

Maz you take it easy and if your still feeling dizzy tonight, should you be going to run club?? Do you think you might have low pressure?

Squizzer...you can spend the day on here now then if you have done all your work!

Normal sort of day then :D

    Morning shwa,

I'm only at work today and today as well, but I'm off on study leave so can't decide whether I would rather stay at work or not :D

To be fair though, I am flying back up to Scotland tomorrow night to stay with my parents to study as I find too many distractions at home, like ironing that has been in the pile since November or a sudden fascination with Perry Mason or Diagnosis Murder that I really cannot miss the episodes that are on the tv that day.

So no distractions at mothers, oh and she makes my dinner for me :T

    Morning all,

Anyone got experience of buying Tesco vouchers off Ebay? We really need breakdown cover (dad can't work if he breaks down) and we're still a bit short.

no idea gemmzie - but you bet your bum there is a thread on it somewhere...

Maybe go thru Quidco and see if he can get a good deal and cashback, and AA gets you nectar points, sometimes there are bonus codes too, i think 2000 points at most times, (phone nectar and ask them for a code before you go to AA via quidco...) you'll probably end up paying next to nothing..... although it is a scutter i know...

Good morning all, day off for me... well, catching up on the holiday laundry!
Fish man has been and my smoked haddock is happily steaming away!

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
