No seatwave dont charge you to collect the tickets, its part of the service, they are making plenty of money, they are not out of pocket, dont worry there haha they make 10% on sellers fee, and 15% added to the buyers final prices, plus delivery charge, so there covered either way

And to answer the question of is it better than ebay. well its true ebay dont charge 10% but if you buy on ebay, your not completely protected, u could get fake tickets, get nothing at all, then have to rely on paypal or ebay to bail you out, were as seatwave your guarenteed your ticket or full refund with their service called ''Ticket Integrity, & Ticket Cover.

Hope this helps, as for our previous question i have still not solved the sending tickets option, have you mia wallace?

Unfortunelly nothing changed till now ... I wrote them 2 emails but no answer ... I'm like crazy, refreshing my gmail every 2 minutes ...

Because I understand from you that UPS services are cheaper if Seatwave send them I asked the customer care dept. (1) if they can discount the price difference. If not, (2) to solve my account settings or (3) to allow me to send the tickets with other delivery company with tracking number ...

Still, there is smth I don't get ... how does this ticket integrity service works? Seatwave doesn't check my ticket as I send it directly to the buyer ...

    Do you have any answer?

I am in the same situation, i have sent 2 emails and still awaiting a reply, i hope they reply soon, because i need a fast answer,

as for your other question, i think ticket integrity works out as follows,

you must have the tickets to send the buyer that you sold on seatwave, exact ones, no different ones, also u must make delivery on time before the concert, and of course the tickets must be 100% legit,
in any of these cases if u failed upon those actions, seatwave would charge your credit card that you gave as guarentee to ticket integrity when listing your tickets, they would try get tickets to the buyer in time or if not, refund the customer in fully an charge you for the loss, commision etc etc, i think thats how it works.

so how do seatwave know whether the buyer is telling the truth. They could say they recieved the wrong tickets, or there wasnt any tickets in the envelope, and then get their money back whilst still having the tickets. Thats why i dont understand how it is better then ebay unless they have some way of checking.

ok shockers, lets keep in touch and manage this out!
by any chance, do you think can we talk with someone working in the middlemanagemet at seatwave? it seams like the customer support is not efficient and we will be the first to lose money in case it won't work out ...
I tried to call but it's always bussy ...

Well that could be the same problem with ebay, people telling lies, and they are strict on seatwave, any allegations like that the customer has to prove it, the UPS system is tracked an seatwave track this so they know the tickets have reached the buyer, as for saying they didnt receive any tickets well i dont know how that would work, good question maybe someone on here could answer that??????

And as for middle management i dont think we can, you can call there helpline, maybe that would give us a quick answer, i might try ring them in a few minutes and post here how i got on,

yeah i know its the same for ebay, im just trying to decide where the best place to sell my tickets would be. Its just with ebay you have the rating system so you can tell who is genuine or not (or at least it used to be like that anyway). i might go for seatwave though coz theres only about 6 people selling tickets for the same thing on there compared to 60 odd on ebay.

    Thanks for the info guys

Yea i understand what you mean, that is a concern, at least ebay has the rating which is handy, i still use ebay aswell as seatwave as its free to list on seatwave, suppose its a risk, i have my worries about that now incase someone did try scam u by saying they got no tickets. I'll update if i get anymore info, thanks for your advice.

Ive just listed my tickets on seatwave because if they dont sell then i wont lose anything. Im just going to assume people wont do what i said could happen. Plus my tickets are pretty rubbish so if they were going to do that im sure they would do it with good seats.

Although in all honesty i cant see people buying them really, what with all the extra they have to pay compared to ebay. I guess some people would rather pay extra to make sure they will get the tickets or a refund.
