seatwave question

I have sold a pair of tickets on seatwave a couple of weeks ago. I have the tickets ready to send. Do I have to wait for seatwave to send me a sellers package with a prepaid envelope in? When do they normally send this. It says on the email from seatwave confirming my sale,
to log into my account and it will tell me how to send them but the info is not on my account! Also in the "help" section it says all the details on how to send them will be on the email!

Contact Seatwave customer service and in the meantime, email the buyer to explain what's happening. I don't know how Seatwave works as I have never sold on there yet...0

Hi, I have just rang seatwave and they are in the middle of changing their delivery. Apparantly the company UPS will be coming to my house to pick them up! Saves the trip to the postoffice. It all changes over on Wednesday - hence the lack of information on the email or my account!!!0

Glad you're getting it sorted.
It's also quite reassuring to learn how they deal with delivery of tickets; it makes them more trustworthy.0 -
How much commision did you have to pat to seatwave if they're sending UPS to pick the tickets up?0
-
In fact I don't understand how seatwave can be legal at all when it is essentially one big ticket tout???0

I didn't have to pay anything extra other than normal selling fees.0 -

Thank you0 -
IIRC a friend of ours sold some unwanted gig tickets via Seatwave and he had to wait until after the gig to get paid. Or maybe I just dreamt this?Call me Carmine....
HAVE YOU SEEN QUENTIN'S CASHBACK CARD??0 -
Yea thats true, you get paid after the gig, its basically a secure way all around, buyer gets tickets safely, goes concert, has no issues, seatwave release the funds to the seller next day after concert. Pain in the a** but thats the way they do it.0

True true true... demand and supply my friend! Pricing inefficiencies lead to a gold mine for touts. There'll always be someone doing it...0
