    hey

i am in the same situation as you suzey, unable to arrange delivery of tickets,

seatwave say use their UPS option when i log into my account but thats non existent, hope someone can clear this up an help me.

    Thank you

    Hi everybody!
I'm posting here because I have the same problem delivering the tickets with seatwave.
I was beginning to belive I'm stupid for not finding the "send via UPS" button nor "delivering myself" option.
The customer service is ok, they even sent me a link with a movie but it's not helping me at all.
I post it here mabe it can be helpfull to you.
Anyway, my last question to them is if I can send the tickets myself without activating the "send via UPS" button (that I don't have) and fill in the tracking number.
Can you please advise me if anything can go wrong if I do that? I'm kind' in a hurry because the event starts on 5th of June (I'm from Romania and the tickets must be delivered in Nederlands).

    Thanks in advance,

    Hiya mia wallace

Im in the exact same situation as you, they sent me a video, i watched it, but the part in the video were they click ''send via UPS'' is not there on my account.

I too am in a hurry, i have tickets to be sent for the 4th june,
i also wanted to send them myself, i would cover the cost myself just to get them to the buyer, and send them by registered post , but if i stick in the tracking number from that they wont know were to track it, they would have to track it via the irish postal website. There customer service is ok, but im tryin to solve this for the past week, they emailed me the other day and said my account should be active for this service, and it still isnt, they really need to sort this for customers ASAP.

So i dont think we can post them ourselves because they wouldnt have proof we posted the tickets etc, its very stressful

Thanks for the video. Really helpful. This is such a perfect service now that UPS collect the tickets!

you can send it by UPS and enter the tracking number yourself, if thats what you want to do, will be pretty expensive for you to do it alone though.
but thats your decision i suppose.

Yes as seatwave will have negotiated a lower price based on volume. As a personal customer you would certainly have to pay more.

now I see ... that's why UPS told me that the cost is about 40 GBP plus 4 GBP the sign for service; seatwave gives you back only 8 pounds ...

hello, i got some tickets i need to sell and i am thinking of using this service. If the tickets dont get sold i dont pay anything, right?

edit: nevermind i found the answer.

Just out of interest why is this service better than ebay? Because to take 10% if quite a lot, so there must be a reason why people use it
