Thank you Korky all is becoming clearer now I've seen this thread. Just a shame that this info wasn't given a higher profile on the comps board.
Dread to think how many merges poor Darren's dealing with! I can see that others have been caught out too, so a lot of wasted time & effort all round.

If you take a lookie at the whole thread you will see why i posted that link, but the search facility has been playing up since a forum upgrade last summer...

A member did post a thread about it on Q&As but he has now left the forum, and asked for all his posts & threads to be deleted unfortunatley.

Sorry if I sounded short on my other post to you, that wasn't my intention, honestly ! Having re-read it, I can see that I may have come across that way. Apologies. Was just confused as the link just went to a single post and I couldn't see the context. Korky's link helped make it all clearer.
Am really quite concerned now as I can see others are being caught out too and the boards are going to get VERY messy very quickly unless it's sorted soon :eek:.

there's been a lot of posts in the site feedback as MD says about the search
facility, you have to scroll quite a way back to find them so it shows it's been an ongoing problem for a while, MD & i have often posted on them about it & as MD says a lot of the posts were deleted, so they're quite hard to follow

has anyone had to fill in a affidavit form to claim a prize from a competition??

Yes I have to claim a 5k win - well a lot of complicated forms not sure if they were affidavit

2 tennis rackets, i think its genuine but u have to agree to publicity and photos and am concerned about this paragraph too. This is just 1 bit of it.....
