OK, a little confused about some of the posts above since I've not really followed it much. But, in the past I have been e-mailed asking for my address details to send a prize. There was no con, I got my prize pretty soon after and have had no junk or anything from them.

i am owed 2 prizes from 2 different comps , 2 different companies , 1 from August and 1 from September, i have been in touch with them and they responded telling me prizes were coming , well still waiting.

One prize is a nintendo Ds and the other is Skins ICE long sleeve top and half tight worth £125

i have emailed again this week but not heard anything, so im going get onto Edwin Mutton at the ISP.

My question is do you tell the companies that your going to tell the ISP or just do it??

hope someone can help who has gone down this route before

I've been through this in a smaller way over the past couple of days. As soon as the ISP was mentioned a solution was found, but we were lucky that the supplier was corresponding with us. If you're not getting any response from them then a threat of the ISP isn't going to help you much.

I've only gone to the ISP twice, both times the comp organisers didn't respond to several emails over a long time, so didn't bother telling them about ISP and just did it. Edwin sorted both out straight away.

Up to you really, if they're responding might be worth mentioning it, but after this time you'd be well within your rights just to go straight to the ISP. Hope you get it sorted.

When I threatened a company with the ISP, I got my prize the next day

Im waiting for my salomon trail running shoes. Apparently i won in december but i didnt get an email. I got an email jan 7thsaying if i didnt claim my 22nd id forfeit my prize. Emailed staright back with size as per insructions told i get them in 10 days. So should of had them by 17/18th. I emailed them the 20th as worried about losing prize no response.

Then on 22nd left voice mail and no call back either. Any suggestions of how long i should wait before i call again?



Makes you wonder how many competiions we all won and never got teh prize because we werent ever notified

I am still waiting for the telly tubbies tee shirt I won from Sugar on 16th November. I finally got a response from Rhian to say she would chase up the suppliers. I know some others on here were also waiting.

I am now giving her another couple of weeks and then will chase it up again.
